Great Skipping Rope

I’ve been using the SHAPEVITAL skipping rope for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. The handles are comfortable, even when you’re jumping for longer periods, and the rope runs really smoothly — without snagging or twisting.

I think it’s great that you can change the rope thickness, which is practical if you want to step up your training. It’s easy to take with you and does exactly what it’s supposed to.
